Where is the expiration date on the product? +

Expiration dates are located on the bottom of the bottle. All WihtBetai products have approximately 1-3 years of shelf life at the time of purchase.

What’s the turnaround time on my order? +

At WihtBetai, we strive for excellence, and that starts with our shipping procedures. We aim to send your order out the day it is purchased; however, it may take 1-3 business days. How long will it take to receive my order? +

Once your order is fulfilled, we send your package to a trusted mail carrier. All domestic USA orders are shipped within 1-3 days from the time of the order. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally? +

We currently do not ship internationally.

How do I track my package? +

We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and number so you can check the status and location at every step of the shipping process. If you haven’t received tracking information up to three days after your order, please reach out to customer support for more information.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? +

Yes, we are happy to ship to P.O. boxes!

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on both opened and unopened bottles. Please contact our support team at support@wihtbetai.com within 180 days of purchase.

What if I want to cancel my order after I already placed it? +

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact support@wihtbetai.com for immediate assistance. But don’t forget, we back our products with a 180-day money-back guarantee. You can try our product for six months (180 days), and if you're not completely satisfied, return it to us, and we'll refund your money.

How do I cancel my subscription? +
